  • Ready-to-ship orders will be dispatched 1-2 business days after order is placed
  • For all made-to-order items, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be made and shipped. If you would like your order rushed, we charge a $25 rush fee. Please visit our Contact Page and request a rush order BEFORE placing your order. We cannot guarantee any rush timelines after orders are placed.
  • If your order contains both made-to-order AND ready-to-ship items, all items will be shipped TOGETHER once the made-to-order items are completed. If you need would like your ready-to-ship items sooner, please consider placing separate orders.

  • All orders are shipped in recycled or upcycled packaging to reduce waste!
  • All packages not accepted at point of delivery are not the responsibility of A.L. Cortez to re-ship or refund. 
  • We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. If your order shows as delivered, please contact your local post office to file a missing package report. Purchasing insurance will insure your package in case of theft or damage, there is a prompt to purchase insurance when you add an item to your cart. Once you receive tracking info, we advise you follow the progress and make sure to be home on day of delivery or change the delivery date on usps.com to prevent theft of packages.
