What's the difference between made-to-order and ready-to-ship?

Made-to-order items are handmade after you order them. This way we can make only what is truly needed, and offer the option of customization to you. If you would like a custom hem or measurement, please inquire on our Contact Page.

Ready-to-ship items are already made, so no customization is available. These items are limited quantity and only one size may be available.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Typical processing time for ready-to-ship orders is 1-2 business days. Depending on which shipping time you select, your order will take an additional 3-4 or 5-8 days to arrive at your door.

Made-to-order items can take up to 2-3 weeks to make before they are shipped out (see shipping times above). If you need a made-to-order item rushed, there is a $25 Rush Fee. Please inquire on our Contact Page about rush items BEFORE placing your order, as we cannot guarantee any rush timelines after an order is placed.

What if my order contains both made-to-order and ready-to-ship items?

If you purchase both made-to-order and ready-to-ship items in the same order, they will all be shipped together under the made-to-order timeline listed in the FAQ above. If you need your ready-to-ship items sooner, please consider placing separate orders.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates range from $5.00-$10.00 for Economy (5-8 business days) to $11.00-$20.00 for Standard (3-4 business days). Orders over $100 ship FREE in Economy. Please note that these are shipping times and do not include the processing times listed in the FAQs above. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.

What is your return policy?

Returns for store credit or exchange are accepted within 30 days of receipt of package. Customized items may not be returned. Check out our full Return Policy, or head over to the Contact Page to request a return.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive and email from info@shopalcortez.com with a tracking number from the carrier.

Do you offer local pickup/delivery?

Yes! If you reside in the San Antonio, TX metropolitan area, you can select Local Delivery at checkout. Local delivery is $4 regardless of order total. If you would like to pick up your order for free instead, please request this on our Contact Page BEFORE placing your order.

Do you offer mens, boys, or gender neutral clothing?

Our customizable boxy tees are unisex! We do not offer mens or boys clothing at this time.
